Ab Laut Ke Aaye Bihar: New textile, leather policy to boost Bihar industry


Bihar Textile and Leather Policy 2022: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will launch a new textile and leather policy on June 8 to promote the industry and boost production in the state.

This information was given by Bihar industry minister Syed Shahnawaz Hussain. He said that new opportunities are being opened up for boosting the textile and leather industries in Bihar. He claimed that Bihar is the most suitable place for the textile and leather industries.

Shahnawaz Hussain also introduced a new slogan of the Bihar government during the program. Claiming that Bihar is now developing rapidly, he urged the migrant labour from the state to return.

“Bihar will soon become a hub of employment. People will no longer have to leave Bihar,” he said.

Bihar will now face Bangladesh and Vietnam in the textile sector: Shahnawaz Hussain 

Shahnawaz Hussain said that Bihar will now beat Bangladesh and Vietnam in the textile sector. 

“Bihar’s biggest strength is its trained manpower. In all the textile companies of the country including Tirupur, Surat, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, most of the skilled or semi-skilled workers are from Bihar,” he said.
