On Tuesday, the Brahmastra actor took to his Instagram handle and shared pictures from his Darlings promotional shoot. In the pictures, Alia is seen wearing a lemon yellow dress with a black top and completes the look with white heels. It seems that the color yellow turned out to be lucky for the boss’s wife. Even during the trailer launch event, Alia was seen wearing a yellow dress.
Nevertheless, the pregnancy glow was inevitable, even though the Badri Ki Dulhania actress managed to cleverly hide her baby bump.
He captioned the picture as, “pääposse Karti hoon .. aap darlings ka trailer dekho”.
Darlings will be Alia’s first collaboration with Shefali Shah and their chemistry has won hearts. The dark comedy drama premieres on September 9.

On the work front, Alia will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna. He also has Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara in the pipeline. A spinoff of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Jee Le Zara also stars Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles. Alia also has Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in the pipeline.
