Bhagalpur Deputy Superintendent of Police Ajay Kumar Chaudhary said that if a complaint is received, it will be investigated. “We will initiate criminal proceedings against anyone who was careless. If they cause an uproar that causes the doctors to run away, action will be taken against them (offended), he added.
