Every pensioner is required by law to provide identity verification once a year. If they do not comply, their pension will be stopped. Bank of Baroda (BOB Life Certificate Through Video Call) recently said that customers can submit their ‘Life Certificate’ through video call only. The bank will provide this service to those above 60 years of age by the end of November 2022. If you wish, we will instruct you to submit this certificate through video call.
