Bank of Baroda Pensioners: During the month of November, lakhs of pensioners across the country have to submit their life certificates. This is now possible through video calls. Every pensioner is required by law to provide identity verification once a year. If they do not comply, their pension will be stopped. Bank of Baroda (BOB Life Certificate Through Video Call) recently said that customers can submit their ‘Life Certificate’ through video call only. The bank will provide this service to those above 60 years of age by the end of November 2022. If you wish, we will instruct you to submit this certificate through video call.

Step 10: After that, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number; enter it here.

Step 11: Enter the Aadhaar number and submit the form.

Step 13: Then decide whether to call now or not.

Step 14: The bank will then initiate a video call, and a BOB agent will appear in front of you.
