Box office collection of ‘The Kashmir Files’: Vivek Agnihotri’s latest outing The Kashmir Files saw a tremendous growth at the box office collections on its fifth day. ‘The Kashmir Files’ has emerged as a winner at the box office, earning Rs. 18 crores on the 5th day i.e. Tuesday.

While The Kashmir Files had a limited release, due to demand, the number of screens and shows have now been increased.

Living up to its title, ‘The Kashmir Files’ is a true story, based on video interviews of the Kashmiri Pandit community’s first generation victims of the Kashmir genocide. It is a heart-wrenching narrative of the pain, suffering, struggle and trauma of Kashmiri Pandits and questions eye-opening facts about democracy, religion, politics and humanity.

Written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the escape drama features a stellar cast of actors including Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Pallavi Joshi and Chinmay Mandlekar.
