Brahmastra: Makers to introduce Isha’s world on Alia Bhatt’s birthday

new Delhi: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s romance reportedly began on the sets of Brahmastra, and fans have been waiting to see their on-screen chemistry in the Ayan Mukerji directorial for a long time. While Ranbir is playing the character of Shiva, Alia will be seen in the character of Isha. On Sunday, the makers of the film revealed that soon the audience will be introduced to Alia’s Isha in the film. Pimcavilla in its report said that the makers will share interesting details about Alia Bhatt’s character in the film on her birthday on March 15.

“This is a special birthday video to launch Alia’s Isha from Brahmastra. Viewers will get a glimpse of their world in the film and unlike the first motion poster, it may also feature some real scenes from Brahmastra,” revealed a source close to the development, ahead of it having a grand digital launch in March. 15.

“Isha plays a vital role in Shiva’s journey and her track is much more than just a love interest. All the aspects around Isha have been kept under wraps for the time being and will be nearing its release.”

“Every property has been built with the intention of pulling in the audience for the big screen experience. It is a modern mythology, unique genre of its kind for the audience. Some teasers and looks will be unveiled in the coming two months before the team unveils the first theatrical trailer sometime in July,” the source added.

It was the year 2014 when Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions announced its sci-fi trilogy Brahmastra. With an estimated budget of Rs 350 crore, the film is touted to be the most expensive Bollywood film of all time. It is produced by Karan Johar in association with Disney, and stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Dimple Kapadia in lead roles. Mouni Roy is in the lead role in the film.
