Los Angeles: Looks like singer Camila Cabello is just enjoying ‘life living’. Days after reuniting with Shawn Mendes after the break-up, Camilla treated her fans to photos from her vacation in the Dominican Republic.
Taking to her Instagram handle on Monday night, the 24-year-old singer shared a series of sultry bikini pictures from her trip to the Dominican Republic. The singer wrote alongside shots of herself enjoying the boat ride in a black swimsuit, “I didn’t post any pics because I was living the hashtag life, but I was in Repubblica Dominicana babyyyyyy.”
The ‘Cinderella’ star posted a similar picture of a sunset on New Year’s Eve and opened up about her new musical. Camila said, “Feliz ao nuevo! Can’t wait to give you guys my/our next album, Familia, in 2022.”
A few days back, the ‘Senorita’ stars made headlines for being reunited with each other in Miami. The two were seen hanging out with their dog Tarzan on January 6. The meeting took place less than two months after their romantic relationship broke up, but vowed to remain “best friends”.
While Camilla has been a travel bug since their breakup, Shawn channeled his feelings about their split in his latest song, “It Will Be OK.”
In an instant hit, he sings, “Are we going to make it? / Could it hurt?” And “I begin to imagine a world where we don’t collide / It’s making me sick but we’ll be fine and the sun will rise.”
Ahead of NYE, he posted a video from Toronto discussing what the song means to him. “I’m having a little hard time with social media at the moment and that’s just my relationship with it. I think when I make music, the end goal is to sit there and have something of my own. . And a lot of times when I’m writing songs, I usually use music as a platform so that I can create space within myself.”
