New Delhi: Reacting to the demand for cancellation of the India vs Pakistan match in the ICC T20 World Cup in the wake of recent civilian killings in Jammu and Kashmir, BCCI vice-president and Congress leader Rajeev Shukla on Monday said that as per ICC’s international commitments Can’t refuse. to play against someone.

“We (Jammu and Kashmir) strongly condemn the killings. Strict action should be taken against terrorist organizations. As far as the match (between India and Pakistan) is concerned, as per ICC’s international commitments, you cannot Can’t refuse to play against. You have to play in ICC tournaments,” Shukla said.

In the wake of the recent targeted killings of civilians in Jammu and Kashmir, there has been a strong demand for the past few days that the BCCI and the Center should reconsider playing against Pakistan in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

Following the revelations of Pakistan’s involvement in terrorist acts in Jammu and Kashmir, several states in India have demanded the cancellation of the IND vs PAK match.

The Union Minister has also given his point on this matter and said that if the relationship does not improve, then some serious consideration of the officials is needed in this matter.
