New Delhi: As tensions between Washington and Beijing rise, China’s military on Tuesday vowed to take “targeted military action” in response to Nancy Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan.
China’s Ministry of Defense is on high alert and will launch a series of targeted military operations as countermeasures and resolutely defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity, ministry spokesman Wu Qian said on Tuesday as US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi arrived in the country.
