Classes 1st-8th will run online till Nov 8


Noida: Amid plummeting air quality, classes 1 to 8 in all residential schools in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida) will go online till November 8.

Gautam Budh Nagar District Superintendent of Schools Dr. Dharamveer Singh issued an order in this regard.

According to the order, the classes will be compulsorily online until November 8.

In the order, it was stated that classes between the 9th and 12th grades should also be conducted online if possible.

In addition, outdoor activities will be completely closed at all schools until further notice. All directors should follow it.

This decision was taken due to increasing pollution in Delhi-NCR.

Delhi has developed “severe” air quality, with a current air quality index (AQI) of 418.
