New Delhi: Shanaya Kapoor is immersed in serious self-care as she self-isolated after testing positive for Covid-19 last week. The aspiring actor has been taking care of his skin, gyming, drinking water and painting during his quarantine.
Shanaya had shared her coronavirus diagnosis a few days after her mother Maheep Kapoor contracted the virus.
Today, Shanaya shared pictures and videos of herself painting, working out and applying a face mask. She wrote: “10/10 recommend spending time with yourself. (PS: I miss Jim and I’m really bad at painting).”
Shanaya Kapoor informed him about her COVID diagnosis on 16 December. She shared a statement that read: “I have tested positive for COVID-19. As of today, I have mild symptoms, but I am feeling fine and have isolated myself. I tested negative four days ago However, while testing again as a precaution, the result came back positive. I am following the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals. If you are in touch with me, please request to get tested. Do everyone stay safe.”
Shanaya is yet to make her Bollywood debut, but she has been working behind the camera for quite some time now. He worked as an assistant director in cousin Janhvi Kapoor’s film ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’. She has joined Karan Johar’s Dharma Aadharshila Agency (DCA). Announcing her new film on her Instagram account in March, she wrote: “Woke up with the most grateful heart today! Here’s to a wonderful journey with the Dharma Cornerstone Agency family. Kickstarting her first film (ah!) this July Excited to do. Dharma Productions, can’t wait for all of you to see what we come up with! Stay tuned! #DCASquad.”
