The third season, titled Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach, will see Madhav Mishra take on a lawyer (played by Shweta Basu Prasad) who is the complete opposite of him.
The trailer is shared by Disney+ Hotstar on YouTube and social media. The trailer starts with Avantika Ahuja (played by Swastika Mukherjee) approaching Madhav. She wants him to represent her son Mukul. Mukul is a suspect in a case of murder of a girl who happens to be his own sister.
Madhav is told by his opposing lawyer that there is a direct case against his client. To which he replies, “Seedha aur simple to mere syllabus mein hai hi nahi (Straight and simple are not in my syllabus).
But over time, Madhav begins to lose faith in his client. He tells his wife, “This case, this family, and this boy are beyond my understanding. The boy does not trust me.”

The series is directed by Rohan Sippy. It is produced by Applause Entertainment in association with BBC Studios.
Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach will air on Disney+ Hotstar from August 26. The show also stars Purab Kohli, Aditya Gupta, Deshna Dugad and Gaurav Gera.
Now it will be interesting to see if Madhav Mishra can solve the puzzle and keep the faith in his own client Mukul.
