Divya Kakran won bronze


Birmingham: 23-year-old Divya Kakran has won her second bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games by defeating Tonga’s Lemaile Tiger. 2-0 VFA.

In the last season of CWG, Divya has won only bronze and she is leaving with another bronze in her hands.

Earlier, Divya won bronze in Jakarta herself in the 68 kg category. The young Indian wrestler has done well wrestler at school and college level. He planned to make his debut at the upcoming Olympics and color the medals.

Another Indian women’s wrestler, Sakshi Malik, won the gold medal after defeating Canadian star Ana Gonzalez with a last-minute catch.

Earlier, Indian wrestler Bajrang Punia won the gold medal in men’s freestyle 65 kg category.

Another Indian women’s wrestler, Anshu Malik won the silver medal but couldn’t stop the tears from rolling down her cheeks after losing the game.
