“Does Amit Shah need directions to visit Bihar?” Ravi Prasad

Patna: BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday strongly criticized the leaders of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Janata Dal United (JDU) for questioning the visit of Federal Home Minister Amit Shah to Bihar.

While speaking to a media person, the BJP MP claimed that he heard that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, former CM Lalu Yadav and Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, did not want the Home Minister to come to Bihar.

He added that the same language was being repeated which was previously used to prevent Union Minister Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi from visiting the state.

However, Home Minister Shah is scheduled to fly to Bihar on 23 September for a two-day trip in the state. He will spend his time in the Seemanchal area. In this region, the Saffron Party vied for the fewest seats to date. It is because of the high presence of minorities there.

Notably, he is visiting the state for the first time after the BJP was banished from the state.
