Noida: A team of Excise Commissioner Gautam Budh Nagar raided a restaurant located in Sector 117, Noida. During the investigation, it was found that the restaurant served alcohol without a license. After receiving the information, the Excise Department team arrived at the scene.
When questioning the operator of the restaurant there, they asked for licenses for the supply of alcoholic beverages to the public. The operator of the restaurant displayed the license on this. It was a fake. After that, the Police and Financial Police detained two people on the spot, including the owner of the restaurant.
Excise Inspector Ravi Jaiswal, Gaurav Chand and Abhinav Shahi raided the Yummy Tummy restaurant. This restaurant is located in Sector 117, Noida. Investigation revealed that the letter was sent to the restaurants of Partosh Srivastava and Karan Kumar. These people were serving liquor with a fake license. The police found 22 beer bottles and 11 liquor bottles at the scene. Proceedings were initiated against them based on paragraphs 60, 420, 468 and 471.
