Uttar Pradesh: A fire broke out in a house in UP’s Kushinagar on Wednesday afternoon. Five people, including three children, were burned alive in the accident. In addition to these, three more people were taken to hospital in critical condition. The cause of the fire is still unknown during the investigation.
According to information, this incident took place in Maghi Mathia village under Ramkola police station of Padrauna tehsil, Kushinagar. District Magistrate Ramesh Ranjan and SP Dhawal Jaiswal reached the spot along with the forces. The district judge announced that five people died in the accident, three are being treated in a critical condition.

According to the district police, the exact cause of the fire cannot be determined. On the other hand, CM Yogi Adityanath took cognizance of the incident. He directed the district officials to speed up rescue and relief work. They expressed their condolences to the relatives of the deceased. The district magistrate said that the victim’s family would be awarded a compensation of Rs 4 lakh each.
