Gujarat: Police said that five persons including a married couple and a girl drowned on Monday in Narmada Canal in Kutch district of Gujarat state.
The incident took place near the village of Gondala located under the boundaries of the Rajpur Police Station at 7 pm, PTI news agency reported.
The bodies of two women, a 15-year-old girl and two men, were recovered. “More details are pending,” said the Prajbar Police Station official.
