The highway will be built night and day from Amravati’s Loni village to Akola’s Mana village and is expected to be completed in 108 hours. If the experiment is deemed successful, it will be added to the Guinness Book of World Records.
A team from the Guinness Book of World Records is on the scene, documenting the road’s construction.
For the construction, modern machines and bituminous concrete are being used, and approximately 800 to 1,000 workers are involved. Regardless of the crisis, Rajpath Infracon is determined to complete the work.
Previously, the Public Works Authority Ashgul set a record in Doha, Qatar. They set a record by building 25 kilometres of road in 242 hours, or 10 days. Rajpath Infracon is currently preparing to break that record.
