New Delhi: South star Chiranjeevi and Bollywood’s Salman Khan star GodFather hit theaters tomorrow, that is October 5th. The film will clash with Nagarjuna’s The Ghost. The film will be released in Telugu and Hindi.

Now that the political thriller drama is about to release, let’s take a look at the pre-sale collections so far.

GodFather Advance Booking Update

According to trade reports, Godfather has managed to collect over Rs 3.50 crores gross from across the country with most of the business coming from the Telugu market.

The GodFather presale opened on October 1st and is expected to have a good response.

According to the Sacnilk report, Godfather brought in approx. Rs 3.78 crore from the Telegu market on the 1st day ahead. In the Hindi market, the film managed to gross around Rs 10 lakh in its pre-collection on day 1.

The film was directed by Mohan Raja. GodFather is the official Telegu remake of the 2019 film Lucifer. The film’s cast also includes Lady Superstar Nayanthara, director Puri Jagannadh and Satya Dev as key characters, among others.

Salman Khan plays an extended cameo in his first Tollywood film. Actor Tiger Zinda Hai plays a character similar to Prithviraj in Lucifer.

Produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films, the film will feature music by acclaimed composer Thaman. Satya Dev will be cast in a negative shaded role.

Meanwhile, the creators of GodFather released their title track with Chiranjeevi on October 3rd. The team shared the song and wrote on Twitter, “Meet the Most Dangerous & Mysterious Man – The #GodFather…” The song celebrates the immortal spirit of Chiranjeevi’s character in The Movie Brahma. The lyric video also includes some BTS moments from the making of the song.

The music was given by the well-known composer S Thaman. Regarding the film, GodFather talks about a mass leader named Brahma played by Chiranjeevi. When he returns to his hometown after 20 years, he ends up disrupting the lives of some high-ranking people.
