‘Got over enthusiatic’: Taapsee Pannu reveals she suffered leg injury while filming Rashmi Rocket

Taapsee said, “I got injured once. In the first three days, I got overzealous about the entire running part. I really enjoyed it, so I didn’t get enough rest between two consecutive sprints And got injured. Me on the third day.

New Delhi: Taapsee Pannu, who is currently garnering praise for her athletic physique for her upcoming film ‘Rashmi Rocket’, recently shared that she got injured during the shooting of the film.

Taapsee said, “I got injured once. In the first three days, I got overzealous about the entire running part. I really enjoyed it, so I didn’t get enough rest between two consecutive sprints And got injured. Me on the third day.” Taapsee shared that while shooting for the ongoing sequences, she became “over-enthusiastic” and could not get enough rest and eventually, hurt her leg.

She further told about the pain she had to endure and the treatments that were done for her recovery.

“My muscles became too tight to even lift my leg and I took a few weeks of therapy and different types of physio sessions and different styles of training to remove my old technique and learn new techniques to ensure So, yes, there were a lot of strategies to make sure I could bounce back after four weeks as we got to run the final race for Rashmi Rocket after four weeks. Had to shoot.”

The film by Akarsh Khurana also stars Supriya Pathak and Abhishek Banerjee.

The film is set to release on October 15 on the OTT platform ZEE5.
