What will the scooter be like?
The company has confirmed that the Honda Activa electric scooter will get a powerful battery pack. Its top speed will be 50 km/h. So far, very little information has come to light about this scooter. However, it looks very similar to the ICE version. The suspension and braking system will be available in the Activa Electric just like the petrol variant. It gets 130mm front and rear drum brakes with telescopic front and 3-stage adjustable rear suspension.
What will the features be like?
Equipped with LED headlamp and analog odometer, the Honda Activa Electric offers features like speedometer and tachometer. This scooter is currently available in variants like Standard, Deluxe and Smart. It is priced between Rs 74,536 and Rs 80,537. However, its price may be higher in the electric version.
The company creates a battery exchange station
According to the two-wheeler brand, the company will produce electric motors in the country itself. The company has been working with the local production of electric motors and batteries for a long time. In order to strengthen the infrastructure, the company is making huge investments in the financial year 2023-24 to increase the production of its vehicles. At the same time, the company is strengthening its network of battery exchange stations before launching the second electric scooter.
