The first footage of the upcoming “Game of Thrones” prequel titled “House of the Dragon” has landed, with voiceover from actor Matt Smith as the series’ lead Prince Damon Targaryen.
Los Angeles: The first footage of the upcoming “Game of Thrones” prequel titled “House of the Dragon” has landed, with voiceover from actor Matt Smith as the series’ lead Prince Damon Targaryen.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the footage was unveiled at the end of WarnerMedia’s HBO Max European launch event. “Lord. Kings. Fire. Blood,” Smith can be heard saying over the dark and anxious minute-long footage. He continued, “Dreams didn’t make us kings… Dragons did.” Based on George RR Martin’s ‘Fire and Blood’ series, set 200 years before the events of ‘Game of Thrones’ and set in 2022, tells the story of House Targaryen.
Along with the teaser, new cast members for the series were also announced, including Will Johnson as Ser Waymond Valerian, John McMillan as Ser Lenore Valerian, Savannah Stan as Lady Lana Valeron and Theo Nate as Ser Lenoir. Contains Valerian.
