Isolated heavy rainfall over Kerala during next 24 hours: IMD


Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) [India], October 17 (ANI): The Indian Meteorological Department on Sunday said that light to moderate rain with only isolated heavy rainfall is likely over Kerala during the next 24 hours and there will be further reduction thereafter.

The Kerala State Disaster Management Authority said that the low pressure area over Southeast Arabian Sea and adjoining Kerala has become less marked.

However, a low trough lies at mean sea level over East-central Arabian Sea, off North Kerala-Karnataka coasts and adjoining southeast. (ANI)
