Kulgam (Jammu and Kashmir): Terrorists opened fire on a sarpanch in Audora area of Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir.
He later succumbed, ANI reported.
The sarpanch has been identified as Shabbir Ahmed, a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Security forces have cordoned off the area to nab the terrorists. At present, the detailed information is awaited.
