The victim is only 15 years old
According to the police, a 15-year-old girl living in a village in the area, along with her mother, was raped. Maulana Fakhr Alam, a resident of the mosque located in the village, used to go for exorcism near Daryapur Police Station in Ajjen District of Unnao District.
Maulana was raped under the pretext of the spell
A minor rape incident occurred four months ago. Maulana forcibly raped the girl by taking her inside under the pretext of an incantation.

Father registered a police complaint

The police subsequently registered a case against the accused Maulana under sections of the POCSO (Preventing Children from Sexual Abuse) Act, including rape.
Police registered the case and arrested Maulana near Kanakaha Railway Station. Then he was sent to prison.
