Speaking on the occasion, Manish Sisodia said that the Patriotic Curriculum is inculcating the spirit of service to the nation in our children. The curriculum is helping the students of class 11th-12th to choose the right career path and work hard for them. “Many children have shared that the patriotic class is also inspiring them to prepare better for exams and work diligently on their careers,” he said.

During the visit the students shared their experiences of the patriotic curriculum with the Deputy Chief Minister. He said that the curriculum has taught them to be responsible citizens as well as focus on their future goals.
During the interaction, Pushpa, a student of class 11, said, “In class 11, we start thinking about our career prospects and start working on it. So the patriotic curriculum made me work hard for my career. I have learned to do and fulfill my dreams. I read in the patriotic curriculum how our freedom fighters dreamed of making India independent and fulfilled that dream even by sacrificing their lives. It inspires me that I am also strong I can fulfill my dreams by working hard.
Another student, Aditya said, “In class 11th-12th, we start thinking of becoming doctors, engineers, teachers, software professionals, entrepreneurs etc. To fulfill these career aspirations, we are working towards our development. Lets start working hard.But patriotism course has taught us that how we can work for our profession and progress as well as progress of the country.
What is Kejriwal government’s patriotic curriculum
The patriotic curriculum of the Kejriwal government aims to inculcate a sense of patriotism and nationalism in every child studying in government schools in Delhi. The syllabus was started for the students of classes Nursery to 12th. This unique curriculum is designed according to the understanding and mindset of the students. It allows them to interact with each other and understand the true meaning of patriotism. This course gives children a chance to reflect on themselves and helps them understand their love for the country in a better way.
