Dolores Heights, San Francisco | 11.83 million
In November 2012 Zuckerberg spent $10 million on this now-7,368-square-foot home, plus an additional $1.8 million in renovations. The house has a total of 23 rooms and four floors on a 0.22-acre lot.
Palo Alto, California | $50 million
The primary home is a 5,617-square-foot five-bedroom, five-bathroom wood-floored home on 0.41 acres. The mansion has a saltwater pool, a sunroom, an entertainment pavilion, a fireplace, a barbecue area, a spa, and front and back porches.
Kauai, Hawaii | over $200 million
Zuckerberg loves Hawaii. He has 1400 acres of land in Hawaii. In 2014, he spent $116 million on 707 acres, including most of Pila Beach. The billionaire co-founder of Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) paid $135.5 million alone for hundreds of acres of beachfront called “Kahuana Plantation.”
Lake Tahoe, California | $59 million
The Facebook CEO spent $59 million on two Lake Tahoe homes – Brushwood and Carousel Estates. In all, the estates are spread over about 10 acres. Brushwood Estate consists of a 5,322 square foot, six bedroom, five bathroom home on 6 acres of land. It has about 400 feet of lakefront, a private pier, courtyard, a guest house and a garage.
