Sneha Dubey is a 2012 batch IFS officer who brought the real face of Pakistan to the whole world. He cleared UPSC in the first attempt. After becoming IFS, he was appointed in the Ministry of External Affairs. In 2014, she became India’s third secretary at the Embassy in Madrid. Presently, she is India’s first Secretary in the United Nations Assembly. Sneha has done MA and MPhil from JNU. He completed his early education in Goa and later graduated from Ferguson College, Pune. He is the first civil service officer in his family.
