New Delhi: Actor Shahid Kapoor is inspiring us to beat the Monday blues by hitting the gym and building up some strength. Taking to Instagram Story, Shahid shared a glimpse of his morning workout. In the image, we can see a barbell and other gym equipment placed in a room.

“Morning deadlift. Best of all,” he captioned the post.

Not only Shahid but his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor is also a workout lover. She often shares her fitness regimen with her Instagram followers.

A few months back, Meera, a mother of two, surprised everyone with her resilience. She had posted a video in which she was seen doing yogasanas like Chakrasana or Backbend Pose, Halasana or Plow Pose and Padmasana or Lotus Pose.
