Murder of Bajrang Dal activist in Shivamogga a ‘conspiracy’: BJP’s CT Ravi

Bangalore: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary CT Ravi on Monday termed the death of a Bajrang Dal worker in Shivamogga as a “conspiracy” and said the probe could be handed over to the National Investigation Team (NIA) if necessary. . ,

“Bajrang Dal worker Harsh was murdered yesterday (Sunday). I think it is a conspiracy. He was murdered as part of a conspiracy,” Ravi said.

“Serious probe should be done. If needed, the case should be handed over to the NIA,” he said.

Expressing concern to avoid any unfortunate incident, the BJP leader said, “The government should conduct a serious inquiry as the situation may trigger a reaction.”

Three persons were arrested on Monday for their alleged involvement in the murder of Bajrang Dal worker Harsha.

Karnataka Home Minister Araga Gyanendra said, “We have arrested three people. According to my knowledge, five people are involved in this murder.”

Harsha, a 23-year-old Bajrang Dal worker, was stabbed to death in Karnataka’s Shivamogga around 9.30 pm on Sunday, police said. He used to work as a tailor in Sigehatti area of ​​Shivamogga district.
