Neeraj Chopra in new Avatar, plays Garba in Gujarati


New Delhi: Indian athlete Neeraj Chopra will be seen in a new avatar during Navratra in Gujarat. The golden boy of India performed Garba as the crowd gathered to do the puja. Chopra was seen singing loudly on stage with the audience.

Sai Media posted the video on its official handle and wrote, “India‘s Golden Boy @Neeraj_chopra1 attends a special Garba night #Vadodara among thousands of people. The excitement and celebration at the garba ground multiplied when he surprised his fans on the spot#36. National Games #NationalGames2022.”

Won gold at the Tokyo Olympics

The 23-year-old boy from Haryana has emerged as India’s new identity in javelin. He created history by winning the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics last year. Since then, Neeraj has continuously created new records with the spear.

Neeraj Chopra won the diamond for the country

After returning from injury, Neeraj Chopra won the Diamond League title in Zurich, Switzerland last week. He became the first Indian athlete to achieve this feat. With the success of Diamond League, Neeraj decided to end his season and will not participate in any other competition.
