PM Modi to go on three-day visit to Gujarat

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Gujarat from October 9 to October 11 and will travel to Madhya Pradesh on October 11.

On October 9, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of several projects in Modhera, Mehsana. This is followed by Darshan and Pooja at Modheshwari Mata Temple followed by a visit to Surya Mandir.

The next day PM Modi will dedicate himself to the nation and inaugurate various projects at Amod in Bharuch. After that he will inaugurate Modi Shaikshanik Sankul in Ahmedabad.

On the third day of his visit, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of the projects at the Asarwa Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad, and then travel to the Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, where he will visit approx. This will be followed by the consecration of Mahakal Lok followed by a public celebration in Ujjain.

PM in Mehsana

The Prime Minister will preside over a public function where he will dedicate himself to the nation and lay the foundation stone of projects worth over Rs 3,900 crore in Modhera, Mehsana.

PM declares Modhera village India’s first 24×7 solar powered village; This project, which is the first of its kind, realizes the Prime Minister’s vision of solarizing the Sun Temple City of Modhera. This included the development of a ground-mounted solar power plant and more than 1,300 rooftop solar systems in residential and government buildings, all integrated with the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project shows how India’s renewable energy prowess can empower the grassroots.

Projects dedicated to the nation by the Prime Minister include the gauge conversion of the Sabarmati-Jagodan segment of the Ahmedabad-Mehsana Gauge Conversion project; ONGC’s Nandasan Geological oil production project; Sujalam Sufalam Canal between Kherava and Shingoda Lake; Dharoi Dam based Vadnagar Kheralu and Dharoi Group Reform Scheme; four-lane project of a section of the Bechraji Modhera-Chanasma State Highway; project to widen a section of Unja-Dasaj Upera Ladol (Bhankhar Approach Road); New Building of Regional Training Centre, Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA), Mehsana; and Projection Mapping at Modhera Sun Temple among others.

The Prime Minister will also lay foundation stones for several projects which include four-laning of the Patan to Gozariya section of NH-68; water treatment plant at Chalasan village, Jotana taluka, Mehsana district; new automated milk powder plant and UHT milk carton plant at Dudhsagar Dairy; Rebuilding and reconstruction of Mehsana General Hospital; and Revised Distribution Sector System (RDSS) of Mehsana and other districts of North Gujarat, among others.

After the public ceremony, the Prime Minister will perform Darshan and Pooja at the Modheshwari Mata Temple. You will also visit the Temple of the Sun where you will witness the beautiful projection mapping.

PM in Bharuch

The Prime Minister dedicates himself to the nation and lays the foundation stone of projects worth over Rs 8,000 crore in Amod, Bharuch.

In another step to make India aatmanirbhar in the pharmaceutical sector, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the Bulk Drug Park at Jambusar. In 2021-22, bulk drugs accounted for more than 60% of total drug imports. The project will play a key role in providing import substitution and help India become self-sufficient in bulk drugs. The prime minister will also lay the foundation stone for the Dahej deep-sea pipeline project, which will help in the disposal of treated wastewater from industrial areas. Other projects for which the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone include the Ankleshwar Airport Phase 1 and the development of multi-level industrial sheds at Ankleshwar and Panoli, which will give a boost to the MSME sector.

The prime minister performs the foundation stone laying ceremony for the development of several industrial parks. These include the four tribal industrial parks coming up at Valia (Bharuch), Amirgadh (Banaskantha), Chakaliya (Dahod) and Vanar (Chhota Udaipur); Agro Food Park at Mudetha (Banaskantha); Sea Food Park at Kakwadi Danti (Valsad); and MSME Park at Khandivav (Mahisagar).

During the program, the Prime Minister dedicates several projects that give impetus to the chemical industry. It will devote 800 TPD of caustic soda integrated with a 130 MW cogeneration plant at Dahej. At the same time, it is dedicated to the expansion of the existing caustic soda factory in Dahej, whose capacity was increased from 785 tons to 1,310 tons per day. The prime minister also dedicates a project to the annual production of more than one million tons of chloromethane in Dahej. Other projects of the Prime Minister include Dahej Hydrazine Hydrate Plant which will help import substitution of the product, IOCL Dahej-Koyali Pipeline Project, Bharuch Underground Drainage and STP works and widening and strengthening of Umlla Asaa Panetha Road.

PM in Ahmedabad

On October 10, the Prime Minister will inaugurate Phase 1 of Modi Shaikshanik Sankul, an educational complex for needy students. The project helps ensure holistic development of the students.

On October 11, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of various health facilities around Rs. 1,300 crore at Asarwa Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. This includes the dedication of new and improved cardiology facilities and a new hostel building at the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre; the new hospital building of the Kidney Disease Institute and Research Center; new building of Gujarat Cancer Research and Institute. The prime minister will also lay the foundation stone of a shelter for the families of poor patients.

PM in Jamnagar

The Prime Minister dedicates himself to the nation and lays the foundation stone of projects worth over Rs 1,460 crore in Jamnagar. These projects are related to irrigation, power supply, water supply and urban infrastructure.

The Prime Minister announced Saurashtra Avtaran Irrigation (SAUNI) Yojana Link 3 Package 7 (Und Dam to Sonmati Dam), SAUNI Yojana Link 1 Package 5 (Und-1 Dam to SANI Dam) and Haripar 40 Offers a MW solar project.

Projects whose foundation stone will be laid by the Prime Minister include Kalavad Group Augmentation Water Supply System, Kalavad/Jamnagar Taluka Morbi-Maliya-Jodiya Group Augmentation Water Supply System, Lalpur Bypass Junction Flyover Bridge, Hapa Market Yard Level Crossing and Renovation . sewage collection pipeline and pumping station.

PM in Ujjain

The Prime Minister dedicates Mahakal Lok to the nation. Phase I of the Mahakal Lok project will help enrich the experience of pilgrims visiting the temple with world-class modern amenities. The aim of the project is to decongest the entire area, as well as to place special emphasis on the preservation and restoration of heritage buildings. As part of the project, the area of ​​the church will be expanded by nearly seven times. The total cost of the entire project is around Rs 850 crore. The temple’s current attendance, currently around 1.5 billion a year, is expected to double. The development of the project was planned in two phases.

The Mahakal Path has 108 pillars depicting the Anand Tandav Swaroop (dance form) of Lord Shiva. There are many religious sculptures along the Mahakal trail depicting the life of Lord Shiva. The mural along the path is based on Shiva Purana stories such as the act of creation, the birth of Ganesha, the story of Sati and Daksha. The Plaza area, spread over 2.5 hectares, is surrounded by a lotus pond and contains a statue of Shiva and fountains. The entire premises will be monitored 24 hours a day by the Integrated Command and Control Center with the help of artificial intelligence and surveillance cameras.
