European Parliament President Roberta Metsola announced today that it will adopt a resolution, following a debate titled ‘Russian aggression against Ukraine’.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began after President Vladimir Putin announced a “special military operation” on Kyiv on 24 February. In Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, residential buildings were targeted by Russian missiles.
