Chandigarh: School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains toured all the districts of the state to better understand the reality of government schools in the state.
The tour starts today from the Fazilka district and continues throughout April.
Bains will start his tour from Fazilka district on April 4, 2023 and will visit Ferozepur on April 5, Ropar and Mohali on April 6, Amritsar on April 7 and 8, Muktsar Sahib on April 12 and 13 Tarn Visits Taran, Kapurthala, Bathinda, Sri Lanka. , Jalandhar on April 17, Fatehgarh Sahib on April 18, Patiala, Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Faridkot, Moga and Barnala on April 20, 21 and 22, Sangrur and Mansa on April 24, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr on April 27th and 92nd, Willspect Schools in Pathankot and Gurdaspur Districts.
During the tour, Minister Harjot Singh Bains will be briefed about new admissions, books, school clothes and primary infrastructure of schools.
Informing about his visit, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that according to the instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Mann, in order to improve the policy of the School Education Department, it can be done by understanding the needs on the ground, for which this tour is very good. important instead of sitting in Chandigarh offices.
He said that the government led by Bhagwant Mann had promised to provide high quality education to the people of Punjab, and no stone would be left unturned to keep it.
