New Delhi: Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu on Friday addressed speculations of her separation from Naga Chaitanya in a powerful statement on social media. They have made big revelations about their relationship and their latest post is going viral on the internet.
Samantha shared a long note on her stories on her Instagram handle, in which she expressed her gratitude to those who supported her during her separation from Naga. She wrote, “Your emotional investment in a personal crisis has overwhelmed me. Thank you all for showing deep sympathy, concern and defending me against false rumors and stories. They say I’ve had affairs, I never knew.” Didn’t want kids, that I’m an opportunist and now that I’ve had an abortion.”
Samantha continued, “Divorce itself is an extremely painful process. Give me time to recover. This attack on me, personally, has been relentless. But I promise you this, I’ll call it that or something. Won’t allow me, stop me.”
Last week, Samantha and Naga confirmed their separation by issuing statements on their respective Instagram handles. In this, he asked for privacy and support in this difficult time. Samantha and Chaitanya said that they will always have ‘a special bond’ between them.
The star couple tied the knot on October 7, 2017 in a dream wedding ceremony. The pictures had hit the internet and left everyone in awe of how madly in love they looked.
On the professional front, Samantha, who was last seen in the popular OTT series ‘The Family Man 2’, will reportedly next be seen in Gunasekhar’s mythological film ‘Shakuntalam’.
Meanwhile, Chaitanya will next be seen in Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha. His last release was ‘Love Story’ with Sai Pallavi.
