About Yashoda
Directed by Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan, this suspenseful action thriller stars Samantha as surrogate mother Yashoda, who bravely uncovers the mysteries of a serious medical crime.
The film also stars Unni Mukundan and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, Shatru, Madhurima, Kalpika Ganesh, Divya Sripada, Priyanka Sharma and play central roles. The film is produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the Sridevi Movies banner.
Yashoda hits theaters on November 11 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Samantha will make her first appearance in Hindi cinemas with Yashoda.
samantha recently announced that she has been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition called myositis. She shared that on her Instagram with a long, heartfelt note.
While sharing the photo, she wrote, “A few months ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called myositis. Was hoping to share this after going into remission. But it’s taking a little longer than I had hoped.”
Meanwhile, the actress on the work front also has a romantic drama film Khusi, which hits theaters on December 23, alongside Vijay Deverakonda.
