New Delhi: Fans of Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan have been waiting for news about Jawan. The film was also trending on Twitter for several days. After SRK revealed that the film’s new release date is September 7, there was a collective sigh of relief and sadness at the same moment on Saturday night.

Then there was an #AskSRK session. However, he kept the aspect of surprise to the end. The famous star added another cause for concern by dropping a super-sexy black-and-white photo of herself before ending her trademark Twitter rant.

Last night, Shah Rukh Khan finally gave an update on Jawan. The film’s September 7 release date was announced by the superstar. Soon after, #AskSRK was trending on Twitter and the star released a black and white portrait of himself soon after.

Sharing the same, she wrote, “Ok thanks everyone. Some people said my face is not visible in #Jawan poster so if I put my face here don’t tell director and producer. I love you all and I hope to see you in theaters on September 7, 2023, I love you and bye (sic).”

In June 2022, the film was presented to the public in an announcement video, which piqued their interest. It was one of SRK’s three films released in 2023. Shah Rukh’s film Pathaan, one of the biggest Hindi Kassadi songs, has already made history this year. The film grossed more than 1000 crores worldwide.
