Shah Rukh Khan Star Gets Into Legal Trouble, Here’s Why

New Delhi: SRK who is set to hit theaters on June 2, 2023, has been plunged into legal trouble. The reason is a claim from a Tamil producer called Manekam Narayanan.

According to reports, Manickam Narayanan has filed a complaint with the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) accusing the film makers of plagiarism. He said that Jawan is a version of Perarasu’s 2006 film Vijayakanth.

According to the report, TFPC board members will conduct a further investigation into the allegation after November 7. Reportedly, Manickam Narayanan owns the rights to the story.

Speaking of Perarasu movie, Vijayakanth plays a dual role as Perarasu and Ilavarasu. Similarly, SRK will also appear in a dual role in Atlee’s Jawan. Although the team has not yet confirmed this.

Gawan also stars Nyantara, Vijay Sethupati, Yogi Babu and Priyamani. Jawan is Atlee’s first directorial project in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, a glimpse of Shahrukh Khan’s Jawan, seen in his bandaged avatar, has been shown during Ek Villain Returns in theaters. Fans went crazy as soon as the theatrical ad ran.
