Shah Rukh Khan takes a day off to watch Alia Bhatt’s Darlings

New DelhiShah Rukh Khan tweeted that he is pampering himself by taking a break on Friday to watch the Netflix Original film Darlings. The film is a collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Alia Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions, starring Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma. The actor clarified that his tweet was not intended as an endorsement of any kind, noting specifically that he had asked to watch darlings and drink Thums Up, and that it was his favorite activity, “my own person”. Ka Pyaar” was about enjoying.

His tweet read: “Had been working non-stop for the past few days…. so needed to indulge in my favorite past times…. ‘Love of my person’ and pamper myself For, will spend the day with Prabhuji / Thums up and # Darlings (This is not an endorsement, just ‘Me spoiling me on a day of please….’)”

Last month, when Alia shared the trailer of Darlings with an upbeat message that read: “My first film as a producer.” Shah Rukh also expressed that he is worried about sharing the responsibility of the film with Alia. He wrote: “Single I’m also so intrigued that you shared the responsibility of Eternal Sunshine Productions’ debut with me…that I’ll be biting my nails until it’s released. But I think we have a lovely film and You are the soul and sunshine of all things.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero. The actor’s next in the pipeline is Dunky. He will also be seen in Pathan and Jawan.
