Mumbai: Actress Shilpa Shetty recently shared her advice on dealing with menstrual cramps with yoga.

The actress captioned her post on Instagram, “Dealing with menstrual cramps month after month for years is never easy…especially when you have so many responsibilities.”

“But, regularly devoting some time to yourself and practicing yoga consistently helps to relieve pain and helps regulate the chakra,” she said.

Shilpa Shetty said, The workout is a low-impact program with asanas that will help stimulate and improve the function of the reproductive organs focusing mainly on the pelvic region, abdominal muscles and back.

In the workout video, Shilpa wore a printed camouflage crop top and a pair of matching tights paired with a high-braid hairstyle.

The ‘Dhadkan’ actor wants to redefine the idea of ​​fitness in Bollywood where it is all about being in perfect shape. She does yoga, exercises regularly and takes healthy food.
