New Delhi: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde filed a caveat in the Delhi High Court on Monday in response to a petition filed by Uddhav Thackeray, seeking to overturn the Election Commission’s decision to freeze the Shiv Sena’s “bow and arrow” symbol. Was.

Even though the Thackeray group is yet to rectify the errors in its petition, the high court is scheduled to hear the matter on Wednesday, October 12.

The Shinde group had already formally submitted a list of election symbols to the Election Commission, which included “rising sun,” “trishul,” and “mace.” On Sunday, the Thackeray-led group sent a list of its logo and party names. The Election Commission is yet to decide on both.
