Skoda Vision GT concept revealed; Details inside


New Delhi: Czech Republic carmaker Skoda Auto will soon bring a slew of new cars to India, including an electric concept car. Some time ago, Skoda unveiled the teaser of this Vision 7S electric concept car, which will come in many variants. Now Skoda has unveiled a sketch image of the Concept Vision GT racing model, which is an upcoming racing car with a futuristic look. So let’s see what will be special about this new car.

What is the design of the Skoda Vision GT?

This car will be a modern version of Skoda’s 1100 OHC sports model. This car was launched in the year 1957. The car will be launched in two variants, which will include the Spyder convertible and the Coupe. The low body with sharp character lines will be given in this car which helps to accelerate the car. It will also feature daytime running DRLs at the front, LED headlamps and dual wings at the rear.

Very powerful battery

There is no clear information about the powertrain of this racing car, but it is likely to be compatible with two electric motors. Skoda recently unveiled the Vision Concept 7S which is expected to be powered by a 195kW electric motor with an 82kWh battery.

It will be equipped with these features

The Skoda Vision GT will have features like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Single Seat Cockpit, Digital Instrument Cluster, EBD, Active Aerodynamics, Newly Designed Steering Wheel, High Bonnet, Front Air Splitter. For safety, a 4-point racing harness will be provided.

How much will the price be?

Currently, there is no information about the price of the Skoda Concept GT car, but it is likely to be priced between Rs 4-5 crore.
