Babar Azam left early
The dismissal of Pakistan captain Babar Azam gave Sri Lanka a huge breakthrough and boost in confidence. It led to Fakhar Zaman’s second dismissal on the very next ball. Zaman went back to get the golden duck.
Mohammad Rizwan handled the pressure
Explosive Mohammad Rizwan is on a roll at the moment and bears the responsibility of getting his team to victory. By the end of 13 overs, Rizwan had scored 44 runs off 42 deliveries to score 91. Iftikhar Ahmed supports him well with 32 runs.
All Pakistan players except Rizwan, Rauf and Iftikhar Ahmed returned in single digit scores.
B Rajapaksa rules Sri Lanka
