Sushmita Sen pens down note about “peace” after breakup with Rohman Shawl


New Delhi: Sushmita Sen left the internet in a tizzy after she announced her breakup with boyfriend Rohman Shawl. A few hours after their breakup post, she said that “peace is beautiful.” In the picture, Sushmita Sen looked at the floor, while her lips were slightly different. She kept her hair loose with subtle makeup. Sharing the post, Sushmita captioned it as, “#peace is beautiful!!! (red heart emoji) I love you guys…beyond!!! #yourstruly #duggadugga.”

Reacting to the post, Sushmita’s sister-in-law, actor Charu Asopa Sen dropped a red heart emoji. Her Aarya co-star Ankur Bhatia commented, “You are the prettiest” and she replied, “@ankurbhatia I love you so much!!! #Best.”

Sushmita Sen on Thursday took to Instagram to reveal her break-up with boyfriend Rohman Shawl. While rumors of their separation have been doing rounds on the internet for some time now, the former Miss Universe confirmed them on Thursday. Without revealing the reason for the breakup, Sushtia insists that she will continue to be friends with Rohman.

Sharing a happy picture with Rohman Shawl, Sushmita Sen wrote that the relationship ended long ago and the two “remain friends.” He wrote in his post: “We started out as friends, we stayed friends! Relationship got long… Love lasts.” She accompanied the post with the hashtags #nomorespeculations, #liveandletlive, #cherishedmemories, #gratitud, #love and #friendship.”

Rohman Shawl and Sushmita Sen started dating in 2018, and according to their pictures, the model had become an integral part of their family. From celebrating their daughters’ birthdays together to writing appreciation letters for each other, the couple appeared to be head over heels in love in their Instagram posts.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sushmita made her comeback with the web-series Aarya, which was nominated in the Best Drama Series category at the International Emmys this year. She is currently garnering praise for the second season of Aarya.
