Targeted explosion in Pakistan, at least 5 dead

New Delhi: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan was the target of a recent terrorist attack. The attack was carried out by throwing an explosive device in the area.

According to reports, at least 5 people were killed as a result of the bomb explosion. Among the dead were a member of the “them” peace committee and two policemen.

It is said that the targeted attack was carried out to neutralize Idris Khan, a member of the Kabal Tehsil Peace Committee in the Swat region. He was also the head of the village defense council. Khan, his bodyguard and two policemen were killed in the blast.

No terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for this attack so far. At present, the police are involved in the investigation of the case. Mahmud Khan, chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, condemned the incident. He also sought a detailed report on the incident.
