Telegram’s premium service to be launched in India this month

New Delhi: The paid version of the instant messaging app Telegram i.e. subscription based service will be launched in India this month. Telegram founder Pavel Durov himself has given this information. Telegram Premium users will get a discount in the chat limit. Apart from this, the facility of uploading large media files will be available.
