The film by Ranbir-Alia brings in Rs 10.20 crores


New Delhi: The film Brahmastra by Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt did great at the box office and will soon register its name in the Rs 200 crore club.

According to the Pinkvilla report, the film collected Rs. 10.20cr net on the eighth day, the Hindi version collected Rs. 9.30cr while the dubbed versions collected Rs. 90 lakhs. There are 15% more than yesterday from all versions in India. After the collection on Day 8, Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva stands at Rs. 177.20 crores net (Hindi: Rs. 157.30 crores, South Dub: Rs. 19.90 crores).

Alia Bhatt responds to negative comments

The film’s all-star cast and director recently flew to Ahmedabad to promote their film Brahmastra. During a media interaction Thursday, Alia responded to a question about negative comments about the film. She said: “We only have one life and two options in it. We can either focus on the positive things or reflect on the negativity.”

“Whenever the media asks negative questions, we try not to get involved. Criticism, reviews, opinions and feedback are the right of the audience. We just hope to come across more positive things than anything negative. Movie release hone k baad aisa lag raha hani positive hi ja raha hain warna jo Kasse me aag lagayi hai woh hota nahi )” Alia added.
