The teacher asks the minor to remain silent about the rape accusations

New Delhi: A teacher has asked an 11-year-old student at Kendriya Vidyalaya to remain silent after she accused two elderly people of raping her.

The girl claimed that she bumped into two boys of 11-12 standards while going to her classes. The two accused began to offend even when she apologised. They pushed the girl to the toilet where they sexually assaulted her.

However, when the total victim was told about the horrific incident, she was informed that the boys had been expelled and “the matter was covered up”.

The National Council for Women calls for strict measures

While interfering with the matter, the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) sought information from the guru including a detailed report from the Delhi Police in the matter.

The Women’s Commission also stated that the crime was never referred to the Delhi Police. Because of this, she demanded that strict action be taken against the teacher who asked the victim to remain silent and not report it to the police.
