THESE states may experience heavy to very heavy rain


New Delhi: Many states including Odisha, West Bengal are witnessing heavy rains today. Rain activity is seen again in North Indian states. According to the Meteorological Department, rain is possible at places in Delhi today. During this period, the lowest temperature is 27 degrees and the highest temperature is 36 degrees.

Talking about Gujarat, heavy rain is possible in many areas. Talking about Ahmedabad, the minimum temperature here is 25 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature goes up to 33 degrees Celsius. An alert has been issued for heavy rain and thunder. On the other hand, the possibility of heavy rain has been indicated in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The sky is cloudy. The lowest temperature here is 24 degrees and the highest temperature is 32 degrees.

Rain warning also issued in Maharashtra

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, in the next 48 hours, it may become very heavy at various places in the Maharashtra region. Pune and Ahmednagar districts are forecasted for the next 4 days with widespread rain.

Heavy rains disrupt life in Bengal, Odisha

Normal life has been disrupted due to heavy rains in parts of South Bengal and Odisha. Office workers also had to face problems due to Monday’s heavy rains. The Meteorological Department (IMD) said pressure will remain over south Chhattisgarh and adjoining southeast Madhya Pradesh and gusty winds of 35-45 kmph will continue over coastal West Bengal and Odisha till Tuesday.
