The Russian diplomat was expelled from Montenegro
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: “The expulsion of the Russian diplomat from Montenegro is another example of the West’s collective anti-Russian campaign, and Moscow reserves the right to retaliate accordingly.”
The Montenegrin government previously declared a Russian diplomat non grata.

Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of the Russian Chechen Republic, reminded the West. He said: “Today’s Russia is not Gorbachev’s Union of Republics. This is also not a Yeltsin territory, which was built on a coup and weakness.”

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian High Mobility Artillery Missile System (HIMARS) launcher and ammunition depot were destroyed by Russian strikes near Kramatorsk in the Donbass region, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
